General Returns
If you wish to return an item purchased
for any other reason than it arrived defective or damaged, please
contact customer support at

Return shipping is at your expense and we do not refund the original
shipping charge.
Defective Returns
Please send an email to
return@3bbags.com
and tell us what is wrong with your product. We will pay for the return shipment.
Once received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your credit card including the
cost of original shipping.
If the item is being replaced, we will ship it free.
Refund policy
We will always refund you the full price of the items you return,
regardless of the reason. We will refund the original shipping cost on
the return of defective items too.
We may agree to additional refunds and return shipping prepayments on an
individual basis.
