You may login to the 3BBags eStore, but it is not required unless you are a
retailer of our products.
Establishing a retailer account allows you to view our retailer products
and order online. To request a Retailer login, please fill out and
submit a request form.
In addition, retailers have the option to place orders by calling or
emailing Staci or Jeanie (see Contact Us in this section). |
Payment
We use PayPal to process all online payments. If you have a PayPal
account, you may use it to pay for your purchase.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay by credit card
using PayPal. There is no obligation to join PayPal when doing so.
Shipping
3B uses two shipping carriers, USPS and UPS. Small orders
are typically shipped using USPS. Larger orders will use UPS. As
a customer, you may select either shipper when you make the order.
We ship your order within 4 business days of receipt. If there is
an exception, we will contact you with the expected ship date.

Return Policy
If you wish to return a purchased item, for any other reason, please
email customer service to let us know why you are returning
the items and to obtain the shipping address.
We will replace defective items and shipping is FREE.
Refund Policy
We always refund the full purchase price of the items you return,
regardless of the reason.
If you are returning defective items, please be specific as to the
defect in your email. Once we receive the items and confirm the defect,
we will fully refund you for all expenses incurred. |
